Pre-Arrival Deposit Policy
Most hotels will either charge or authorize your credit or debit card for one night's room and tax up to 3 weeks prior to your arrival date. Using a debit card to guarantee a reservation is not recommended.
Hotel Deposit Policy
Please note that at check-in, your hotel will require full payment of your room and tax for all nights plus an additional deposit of up to $100.00 per room/per night. Hotels will accept all major credit/debit cards. Most hotels accept cash and checks but you should check with your confirmed hotel directly prior to arrival if you will be paying cash or check to ensure that they will accept it. Hotels reserve the right to determine which forms of payment they will accept, including cash.
Debit Card Policy
If you choose to use a debit card for the payment of your room, the Hotel will take an authorization for the amount of room and tax for your entire stay plus the applicable deposit of up to $100.00 per room/per night. These funds will be temporarily unavailable in your checking account. FanimeCon Housing recommends the use of cash or a credit card if you wish to have access to all of the funds in your checking account throughout the weekend.
Last Day to Request Housing: Friday, May 1, 2020
Cancellation Deadline: Last day to cancel your hotel reservation without penalty is Friday, April 24, 2020. After this date, a cancellation penalty of one nights room and tax will be charged.
IMPORTANT: All reservations made online require a debit or credit card to guarantee the reservation.
